ALL ABOUT MY HEALTHY LIVING PHILOSOPHY
What makes working with me different?
I have many specialty training certifications but it's not the piece of paper that sets me apart it's how I apply the skills I've learned. My client and their fitness is my number one priority. I make sure my training techniques and wellness advice can go beyond the workout and carry over into their every day life. So many times clients will leave the studio and go right back to their old habits. I don't want you leaving here the same person you came in as. I'm here to help transform not only your body but your whole lifestyle. At first it can be overwhelming but each and every session will leave you feeling stronger and more confident!
I truly love what I do and enjoy coming to work every day, I pride myself on providing a friendly, comfortable, judgement free zone where clients can get to know their mind and body better in order to really identify more meaningful goals.
All About Me!
I like to think I live rather simply, I have a wonderful husband, 2 big furry dogs, and two mischievous kitties. I am an avid runner having completed 2 marathons and a few half marathons, as well as a health and fitness junky. I love mountain biking, hiking, trail running, kayaking, and almost anything that will take me off the beaten path.
My own mindfulness journey has been quit a learning experience. I have come to really appreciate my mental health as much as my physical, you can not have success in one without the other. This delicate balance is something I constantly strive for and I love helping my clients achieve and enjoy the serenity this balance brings.
I am an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor, an ACE certified Health Coach, and I also have certifications in Indoor Cycling, TRX, and Pre-Natal Yoga along with specialty training in Pilates, Boot camp, and Running workouts.
