Yoga Flow

 You will focus in on your body movements and breath during this relaxing and inspiring class. ​While following many of the principles of Yoga and combining those with beginner friendly poses we create an educational and challenging workout for all levels. Bring your energy and enthusiasm along with some water, mats are provided.

Bootcamp

Lets be honest, the word "bootcamp" automatically stirs up images of military level training, climbing through tunnels, leaping over fences, and diving through mud puddles... Now I wouldn't make you do that, would I? This boot camp is a high intensity, workout that will hit every major muscle group, but beginners don't fear, I give many modification options so you too can experience all the fun!!

Piyo is a Pilates and Yoga fusion class taking the best elements of each class and combing them for an effective core focused total body workout. This hour long class incorporates classic Pilates principles along with some basic yoga poses as well as a final relaxation. All levels welcome, mats are available.
